Frequently asked questions
Shipping, returns and exchanges
How quickly will my package be delivered?
Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. Delivery time is 2-4 weekdays... most often just one!
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to a parcel shop is free for orders of 60€ or more. For orders of 60€ or more, home delivery can be added for 19 DKK. If you spend less than 60€, delivery to a parcel shop costs 39 DKK, while home delivery costs 49 DKK.
I haven't received my package yet. What do I do?
There can be several reasons why you haven't received your package. If more than two weekdays have passed and your package still hasn't been delivered, please email us at kontakt@boombutik.dk. We'll quickly make sure your package gets on its way.
What happens if I don't pick up my order at the parcel shop?
Your package will be at the parcel shop for 10 days. If you don't pick it up in time, your package will be sent back to us, and you will be refunded.
How do I return?
It's really easy to return an item if you need to. You just need to create the return in our return portal. There you get a QR code that you can show at the nearest GLS parcel shop. Then they can print a label for you.
As soon as we have received and processed the return, we refund you via the same payment method you used for the purchase. We do keep 25 DKK for the return shipping (it's less than the GLS shipment costs!).
Remember, you can't return clothing if it has been worn.
Can I return several items from different orders in the same package?
Yes! If you return items from multiple orders, please include a note with the order numbers the clothes come from. That makes it much easier for our warehouse to make sense of the return package, and therefore the refund as well.
How long do I have to send a return?
You have 31 days to send a return from the day you receive your package.
How long does it take for you to process my return and refund the money?
As soon as our warehouse has registered and processed your return package, we will refund you. It takes 1-5 weekdays from the day we receive the return until we process and refund it.
How does exchanging work?
Here in the shop, exchanging is actually just the same as returning plus a new order. We've found that this is the fastest and easiest for everyone. If you want to exchange one or more items, please send the unwanted items back with the included return label and place a new order for the items you want instead.
Faulty items
What do I do if I received the wrong item or one is missing?
Our friends at the warehouse really, really try to minimize the number of mistakes in the packages, but unfortunately it can happen sometimes 😌 If there was a packing error in your order, please write to us at kontakt@boombutik.dk. Our sharp and sweet customer service team will take care of the issue! Unfortunately we can't be reached by phone, but we'll make sure to fix your problem as quickly as possible, and for these errors we of course always cover the extra shipping costs 🤝
My item is broken?
Once in a while it unfortunately happens that we send out an item that for example has a seam that has come undone. We try to inspect the clothes carefully, so it hopefully doesn't happen too often, but if you experience it, please write to us at kontakt@boombutik.dk or on insta. Then Louise, Felix, or one of the others will solve the problem as quickly as possible ⚡
Order questions
How do I use my gift card?
When the gift card is purchased, you will receive an email with a code 🤗 This code is entered to the right of your contact information in the field called "enter discount code or gift card".
Can I change my order? Can I cancel my order?
Did a mistake happen when you ordered, or do you regret something you ordered? Write an email to "kontakt@boombutik.dk". The title can say "URGENT", so we can really feel that it's urgent! Then we'll do our best to cancel or change your order before it gets packed!
I haven't received my order confirmation?
This is most often due to errors in the email address, or because it ended up in the spam filter. If you can't find the email in the spam filter, please write us an email where you provide the phone number and/or name you used to place the order. Then we'll resend the order confirmation to you!

The item of clothing I want is out of stock?!
The best thing you can do in this deeply unfortunate situation is to sign up for your desired item with your email address here on the website. As soon as the item is back on the shelves, you will receive an email with a link directly to ordering ⚡
You are of course always welcome to write to us at kontakt@boombutik.dk or insta, and we will give our best guess for when the item is back.
Do you have a physical store?
Our old store is closed, but we're looking forward to opening a new, beautiful store in Nørrebro in Copenhagen in May!
Which size should I choose?
We would say the clothing is very true to size. Therefore we generally recommend taking the size you normally wear. But we ourselves wear many different sizes depending on how it should fit. For example, I - the one sitting and writing this FAQ - have clothes from this store in sizes from M to XXL.
Our clothes are as basic as it gets, so they aren't intended for a specific gender or body type - we really think everyone can wear them.
