Orders placed on weekdays before 3 PM are shipped the same day. Delivery time is 1-2 business days ... most often just one!

Delivery is free on orders of 60 € or more — to a parcel shop or to your address. On orders under 60 €, delivery costs 5 €, whichever of the two you choose.

There can be several reasons why you haven't received your parcel. If more than two business days have passed and your parcel still hasn't been delivered, please send us an email at kontakt@boombutik.dk. We'll quickly make sure your parcel gets on its way.

Your parcel will stay at the parcel shop for 10 days. If you don't collect it in time, your parcel will be returned to us and you will be refunded.

Of course! If you're returning items from several orders, please include a note with the order numbers the clothing came from. That makes it much easier for our warehouse to make sense of the return parcel — and therefore the refund too.

You have 100 days to send a return, counted from the day you receive your parcel.

As soon as our warehouse has registered and processed your return parcel, we'll refund you 🏦 It takes 1-5 business days from the day we receive the return until we process and refund it.

Our friends at the warehouse really, really try to minimise the number of mistakes in the parcels, but unfortunately it can happen sometimes 😌 If there's been a packing error in your order, please write to us at kontakt@boombutik.dk. Then our super-sharp and lovely customer service team will take care of it! Unfortunately we can't be reached by phone, but we'll make sure to fix your problem as quickly as possible — and for these mistakes we of course always cover the extra shipping costs 🤝

Every now and then it unfortunately happens that we send out an item with, for example, a seam that has come undone. We try to look the clothing over carefully, so luckily it doesn't happen very often, but if you experience it, please write to us at kontakt@boombutik.dk or on insta. Then Louise, Felix or one of the others will get the problem sorted as quickly as possible ⚡

When the gift card is purchased, you'll receive an email with a code 🤗 Enter this code to the right of your contact details, in the field labelled "enter discount code or gift card".

Did something go wrong when you ordered, or do you regret something you've ordered? Send an email to "kontakt@boombutik.dk". Feel free to write "URGENT" in the subject line, so we can really tell it's urgent! Then we'll do our best to cancel or change your order before it's packed!

This is most often because there's a mistake in the email address, or because it has ended up in your spam filter. If you can't find the email in your spam filter, please write us an email with the phone number and/or name you used to place the order. Then we'll resend the order confirmation to you!

The best thing you can do in this deeply, deeply unfortunate situation is to sign up for the item you want with your email address here on the website. As soon as the clothing is back on the shelves, you'll receive an email with a link straight to ordering ⚡

Yes, we have a little store at Blågårdsgade 14, 2200 Copenhagen N. In addition to our regular range from the website, we also sell seconds at an even better price. You can read more about the store here.

We'd actually say the clothing fits pretty true to size. So we generally recommend going with the size you usually wear. But we ourselves wear lots of different sizes depending on how we want it to fit. For example, I — the guy sitting here writing this FAQ — own clothing from this shop in everything from M to XXL.

Our clothing is as basic as it gets, so it isn't intended for any particular gender or body type — we really think everyone can wear it.
