On weekdays GLS always delivers the next day. On Saturdays they only deliver to parcel shops.
So you get your parcel the next day if you order to a parcel shop on any day other than Saturday, or to your address on any day other than Friday and Saturday.
After that it usually takes only one business day before GLS has brought the parcel to you.
If you order for 65 € or more, delivery to a parcel shop is free, while home delivery costs 7 €.
If you order for less than 65 €, delivery to a parcel shop costs 5 €, while home delivery costs 7 €.
To arrange a return or exchange, email hi@boombutik.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will help you with the next steps.
Read our returns policy for return deadlines and conditions.
We should take good care of the things we love. Here are Boom Butik's best tips for giving your clothes a little love:
- Wash your clothes a little less often. Many splashes and stains can be fixed by hand.
- Kiss your tumble dryer goodbye. It is really handy, but it is your clothes' worst enemy. Air-drying all the way!
- Tell your clothes that you love them. There are very few things in this world that do not benefit from a little love.
- As far as possible, avoid washing above 30 degrees.
- Use a detergent that does not contain too many toxic substances and that is gentle on the environment. Your clothes and your skin will thank you.
- Appreciate your clothes and give them some love. You can never give too much of that.
Love, Boom

Of course! If you send back items from several orders, please include a note with the order numbers the clothes come from. That makes it much easier for our warehouse to make sense of the return parcel, and therefore the refund too.
You have 100 days to send a return from the day you receive your parcel.
As soon as our warehouse has registered and processed your return parcel, we will refund you. It takes 1-5 business days from the day we receive the return until we process and refund it.
Here at the shop, an exchange is really just a return plus a new order. We have found that is the fastest and easiest for everyone. So if you want to exchange one or more items, please send the unwanted items back with the enclosed return label and place a new order for the items you would like instead.
Our friends at the warehouse really, really try to minimise the number of mistakes in the parcels, but unfortunately it can happen sometimes 😌 If there has been a packing error in your order, please write to us at hi@boombutik.com. Then our super sharp and lovely customer service team will take care of it! Unfortunately we cannot be reached by phone, but we will make sure to fix your problem as quickly as possible, and for these mistakes we of course always cover the extra shipping costs 🤝
Every now and then it unfortunately happens that we send out an item that, for example, has a seam that has come undone. We try to look the clothes over carefully, so luckily it does not happen very often, but if you experience it, please write to us at hi@boombutik.com or on insta. Then Louise, Felix or one of the others will get the problem solved as quickly as possible ⚡

Yes, we have a little store at Blågårdsgade 14, 2200 Copenhagen N, open every day from 12 PM to 6 PM. Drop by and say hi.
We would actually say that the clothes are very true to size. That is why we generally recommend going with the size you usually wear. But we ourselves wear lots of different sizes depending on how we want it to fit. For example, I - the guy sitting here writing this FAQ - have clothes from this shop in everything from M to XXL.
Our clothes are as basic as can be, so they are not intended for any particular gender or body type - we really think everyone can wear them.
As a rule of thumb, use the same size you are used to 🤗 If you are in doubt, you can also use our size guide, which you will find below the product description.
