Orders placed on weekdays before 3 PM are shipped the same day. Delivery time is 1-2 business days ... most often just one!

Delivery to a parcel shop is free on orders of DKK 500 or more. On orders of DKK 500 or more, home delivery can be added for DKK 19. If you spend less than DKK 500, delivery to a parcel shop costs DKK 39, while home delivery costs DKK 49.

There can be several reasons why you have not received your parcel. If more than two business days have passed and your parcel still has not been delivered, please send us an email at kontakt@boombutik.dk. We will quickly make sure your parcel gets on its way.

Your parcel will stay at the parcel shop for 10 days. If you do not pick it up in time, your parcel will be returned to us and you will be refunded.

It is really easy to send an item back if you need to. Just create the return in our returns portal. There you get a QR code that you can show at your nearest GLS parcel shop. Then they can print a label for you.

As soon as we have received and processed the return, we will refund you via the same payment method you used for the purchase. We do keep DKK 25 for the return shipping (that is less than the GLS shipment costs!).

Remember that you cannot return clothing once it has been used.

Of course! If you send back items from several orders, please include a note with the order numbers the clothes come from. That makes it much easier for our warehouse to make sense of the return parcel, and therefore the refund too.

You have 31 days to send a return from the day you receive your parcel.

As soon as our warehouse has registered and processed your return parcel, we will refund you. It takes 1-5 business days from the day we receive the return until we process and refund it.

Here at the shop, an exchange is really just a return plus a new order. We have found that is the fastest and easiest for everyone. So if you want to exchange one or more items, please send the unwanted items back with the enclosed return label and place a new order for the items you would like instead.

Our friends at the warehouse really, really try to minimise the number of mistakes in the parcels, but unfortunately it can happen sometimes 😌 If there has been a packing error in your order, please write to us at kontakt@boombutik.dk. Then our super sharp and lovely customer service team will take care of it! Unfortunately we cannot be reached by phone, but we will make sure to fix your problem as quickly as possible, and for these mistakes we of course always cover the extra shipping costs 🤝

Every now and then it unfortunately happens that we send out an item that, for example, has a seam that has come undone. We try to look the clothes over carefully, so luckily it does not happen very often, but if you experience it, please write to us at kontakt@boombutik.dk or on insta. Then Louise, Felix or one of the others will get the problem solved as quickly as possible ⚡

When the gift card is purchased, you will receive an email with a code 🤗 Enter this code to the right of your contact details in the field called ”enter discount code or gift card”.

Did something go wrong when you ordered, or do you regret some of what you ordered? Send an email to ”kontakt@boombutik.dk”. Feel free to put "URGENT" in the subject line, so we can really tell that it is urgent! Then we will do our best to cancel or change your order before it gets packed!

This is most often because there is an error in the email address, or because it ended up in the spam filter. If you cannot find the email in your spam filter, please write us an email stating the phone number and/or name you used to place the order. Then we will resend the order confirmation to you!

The best thing you can do in this deeply, deeply unfortunate situation is to sign up for your desired item with your email address here on the website. As soon as the clothing is back on the shelves, you will receive an email with a link straight to ordering ⚡

We would actually say that the clothes are very true to size. That is why we generally recommend going with the size you usually wear. But we ourselves wear lots of different sizes depending on how we want it to fit. For example, I – the guy sitting here writing this FAQ – have clothes from this shop in everything from M to XXL.

Our clothes are as basic as can be, so they are not intended for any particular gender or body type – we really think everyone can wear them.
